• 5 cl White rum
• 3 cl Lime juice
• 2 cl Sugar syrup
• 6 cl Soda water
• 10 Mint

1. Muddle mint and sugar syrup in a glass.
2. Add lime juice and rum.
3. Fill with crushed ice and top with soda water.
4. Stir gently and garnish with mint and lime.
