Tommy’s Margarita
A fresh, citrusy, and slightly sweet variation of the classic Margarita, featuring agave syrup instead of orange liqueur.
Served in a short glass over ice with a salted rim and a golden hue, garnished with a lime wedge.
Try using mezcal instead of tequila for a smoky version, or add a splash of grapefruit juice for a Paloma-style twist.
Pairs well with tacos, grilled seafood, or guacamole.
- 5 cl Tequila
- 3 cl Lime juice
- 2 cl Agave syrup
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a short glass filled with ice and a salted rim.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
