Sunset Boulevard

A bold, citrusy, and slightly bittersweet cocktail with a smooth whiskey base and Aperol finish.

Served in a coupe glass with a deep red-orange hue, garnished with an orange twist.

Try adding a splash of sparkling water for a lighter texture, or use blood orange juice for a richer citrus balance.

Pairs well with grilled meats, citrus-glazed dishes, or charcuterie.

• 5 cl Bourbon Whiskey
• 3 cl Lemon juice
• 2 cl Sweet Vermouth

1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
3. Garnish with an orange twist.
