Painkiller Royale
A creamy, tropical, and slightly fizzy variation of the classic Painkiller, enhanced with sparkling wine.
Served in a tall glass over crushed ice with a golden hue, garnished with nutmeg and a pineapple wedge.
Try using coconut water instead of coconut cream for a lighter version, or add passionfruit juice for extra fruitiness.
Pairs well with BBQ, jerk chicken, or coconut-based desserts.
- 5 cl Dark rum
- 6 cl Pineapple juice
- 3 cl Coconut cream
- 2 cl Orange juice
- 6 cl Sparkling wine
- Shake all ingredients except sparkling wine with ice.
- Strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.
- Top with sparkling wine and stir gently.
- Garnish with nutmeg and a pineapple wedge.
