A tropical, slightly sparkling, and smooth cocktail with a rich balance of rum, pineapple, and vanilla notes.

Served in a coupe or tall glass over ice, garnished with a pineapple wedge.

Try using coconut rum for a creamier variation, or add a splash of passionfruit juice for extra fruitiness.

Pairs well with grilled seafood, tropical fruit, or coconut-based desserts.

  • 4 cl Gold rum
  • 1.5 cl Galliano
  • 6 cl Pineapple juice
  • 1 cl Lime juice
  • 6 cl Prosecco
  1. Shake all ingredients except Prosecco with ice.
  2. Strain into a coupe or tall glass over ice.
  3. Top with Prosecco and gently stir.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
