• 4 cl Gold rum
• 1.5 cl Galliano
• 6 cl Pineapple juice
• 1 cl Lime juice
• 6 cl Prosecco

1. Shake all ingredients except Prosecco with ice.
2. Strain into a coupe or tall glass over ice.
3. Top with Prosecco and gently stir.
4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
