A smoky, tropical, and slightly nutty cocktail that combines the depth of mezcal with the richness of orgeat and citrus.

Served in a short glass over crushed ice, garnished with a lime wheel and mint sprig.

Try using coconut rum instead of dark rum for a creamier version, or add pineapple juice for extra fruitiness.

Pairs well with grilled meats, tacos, or tropical fruit salads.

  • 4 cl Mezcal
  • 2 cl Dark rum
  • 2 cl Lime juice
  • 1 cl Orange Liqueur
  1. Fill a short glass with crushed ice.
  2. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain over the ice.
  3. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.
