A creamy, tropical, and slightly spiced rum cocktail with rich coconut and pineapple flavors.

Served in a tall glass over crushed ice, garnished with grated nutmeg and a pineapple wedge.

Try using spiced rum for added warmth, or swap orange juice for passionfruit juice for a fruitier variation.

Pairs well with BBQ, jerk chicken, or coconut-based desserts.

  • 6 cl Dark rum
  • 6 cl Pineapple juice
  • 3 cl Coconut cream
  • 2 cl Orange juice
  1. Fill a tall glass with crushed ice.
  2. Pour all ingredients over the ice.
  3. Swizzle (stir with a swizzle stick or spoon) until well mixed.
  4. Garnish with grated nutmeg and a pineapple wedge.
