Try swapping bourbon for rye whiskey for a spicier kick, or add a splash of absinthe for extra depth.

Pairs well with roasted meats, nutty desserts, or dark chocolate.

  • 5 cl Bourbon Whiskey
  • 2.5 cl Lemon juice
  • 1.5 cl Grenadine (pomegranate syrup)
  • 1 cl Absinthe
  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with a cherry.
