Served in a short glass over crushed ice, garnished with fresh mint leaves.

Try adding a splash of ginger syrup for warmth, or swap bourbon for rye for a spicier kick.

Pairs well with BBQ, grilled meats, or citrus-glazed dishes.

  • 6 cl Bourbon Whiskey
  • 2.5 cl Lemon juice
  • 2 cl Sugar syrup
  • 6 cl Mint leaf
  1. Muddle mint, lemon juice, and sugar syrup in a glass.
  2. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  3. Pour in the bourbon and stir well.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
