• 6 cl Bourbon Whiskey
• 3 cl Lemon juice
• 2 cl Sugar syrup
• 3 cl Red wine

1. Shake bourbon, lemon juice, and sugar syrup with ice.
2. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
3. Slowly float the red wine over the back of a spoon.
4. Serve without stirring.
